How to Plan your event with T&L Event center
Initial Consultation and Booking
Contact T&L Events Center to discuss your event requirements, tour the venue, and secure your preferred date by paying the deposit and signing the contract.
Detailed Planning and Coordination
Work with the event coordinator to create a detailed timeline, choose recommended vendors, and plan logistics, ensuring all details are confirmed with the coordinator and vendors.
Execution and Event Day Management
Do a final walkthrough before the event, oversee setup on the event day, and let the T&L staff handle coordination, then review the experience and wrap up any final details post-event.

"Thank you, T & L Event Center, for helping me celebrate my 80th birthday in such a grand way. It was one of the most memorable events in my lifetime I will never forget. First, the decorations in the entire event hall were exquisite, decked down with my favorite colors starting from the entrance, the serving area, dining tables, and stage area. The focal point with colored balloons and butterflies plus the gigantic lighted 8oth statue was a perfect backdrop for picture taking. The food was superb too; my guest is still talking about how tasty it was; and how large the servings were. The DJ played the music I requested all through the party; he was just awesome. I can truly say the entire staff went over and above helping me celebrate such a special time in my life. Again, thank you."

I attended a birthday party at T & L Event Center in October of 2023 and wanted to say that they did an amazing job! The facility was clean, the decor was pleasing, the food was delicious, and staff was amazing! You rarely go somewhere and see the staff so kind and attentive, but also enjoying the event. I had fun watching their staff be a lively part of the festivities!
Haven’t had our event yet, and will update afterwards. However, our initial interactions with scheduling, pricing, planning and consulting were out of this world. We approached many event centers looking for the right place. All others fell short on communication, amenities, provided services and personality. With many taking days or sometimes weeks to get back to our inquiries. The folks running this center are prompt, polite, appreciative and just all in all a pleasure to work with. We are so glad we found them. The location is new, and when we visited we could tell the attention to detail that went into creating a venue that could support any type of event needed. It was just wonderful looking and inviting. We will update this review post-event for more insight into execution. Thank you!!
